King’s comments embarrass Iowans

Steve King recently made the statement 99 percent of all DREAMers (undocumented humans brought here by their parents) were drug runners.

 Um, OK.  I just have to say to King: Prove it. You can’t, it’s a completely false statement and is pure irrational bigotry. By his logic, I should be able to draw the conclusion 99 percent of all Republican representatives are bigots.

But I am not addressing Steve King here. He’s hopeless; irrational thinking can’t be rationally argued with. 

Why do we keep electing this man? The former 5th district reelected him four times, and he was recently reelected by the new 4th district. It’s like sending the scary crazy neighbor that everyone avoids and who yells at kids from his porch to Congress.

Please get rid of this guy. He is an embarrassment to the good people of Iowa. He should be retired, so he can spend his time writing racist screeds in his basement and yelling at kids from his porch.
