Iowa Carbon Pipeline Resistance Coalition to co-host a public meeting on the dangers and damages of proposed CO2 Pipelines
A meeting to bring community members, pipeline fighters, and impacted landowners together to stop proposed CO2 pipelines.
On Thursday, July 14th 2022, local community members, Iowa CCI, and the Iowa Carbon Pipeline Resistance Coalition invite the public to attend an informational and planning meeting to discuss proposed Summit CO2 pipeline that would run through Montgomery, Page, Fremont and several other counties in the state.
• Where: Firehouse Restaurant backroom, 310 E Washington Ave, Red Oak, IA. When: from 6:30 – 8:00 PM. Doors will open at 6:00PM to allow attendees to settle in.
(Please arrive well in advance if you plan to eat in the restaurant ahead of the meeting)
• What: A meeting designed to share information and plan next steps to fight CO2 pipelines.

o IPCRC (Iowa CCI, Sierra Club IA Chapter, Great Plains Action Society, 100 Grannies, Food & Water Watch, Science & Environmental Health Network)
