Four generations

On Aug. 9 Josie Lynn Goldapp celebrated her first birthday.

Helping her celebrate were her parents, Matthew and Stacy Goldapp; her big sister, Grace LeAnn; her grandparents, Doug and Shelle Cashatt and Mark and Laurie Goldapp, all of Red Oak; and four sets of great-grandparents, Don and Joyce Cashatt of Red Oak, Sam and Catherine Goldapp of Blair, Neb., Grover and Martha Jane Lehmkuhl of Villisca, and Andy and Betty Sattro of Red Oak.

All grandparents and great-grandparents are married to their original spouses and represent almost 300 years of marriage.
