Dwayne Rowe of Red Oak Rehabilitation raises the facility’s flag in front of the Red Oak Court of Honor, commemorating Flag Day. Red Oak Rehabilitation dedicated the new flag pole along with a bronze plaque in honor of all Veterans who fought for their country.
