Earl Mitchell, 83, of Corning, passed away on June 10, 2010, at Corning Nursing and Rehab Center.
Earl E. Mitchell was born July 4, 1926, south of Brooks in Adams County, the son of Harold Mitchell and Susie (Burgett) Mitchell. On Oct. 20, 1950, he married Meda Ridnour
Survivors include brothers, Dean Mitchell of Red Oak; Raymond Mitchell of Corning; three sisters-in-law, Zona Schnapp and Betty Johnson, both of Corning; and Eunice Mitchell of Malvern.
Funeral services were held June 14 at the Roland-Ritchie Funeral Home in Corning. Interment was in the OakHillCemetery in Corning with military rites.
