Drug arrests in Red Oak
Three people are in custody on drug-related charges in Red Oak.
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, a narcotics investigation was conducted and a search warrant executed on Aug. 19 in the 100 block of 4th Street in Red Oak. As a result of the warrant three people were arrested.
Shyrel Lea St. Clair, 71, of Red Oak, was charged with delivery of methamphetamine, a Class C felony, possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, a Class C felony, and gathering where illegal drugs are used, a Class D felony.
Vicki Susan Huber, 59, of Red Oak, was charged with gathering where illegal drugs are used, a Class D felony.
James Reed Mitroff II, 44, of Red Oak, was charged with gathering where illegal drugs are used, a Class D felony.
All three suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Law Enforcement Center. St. Clair was held on $50,000 bond, and Huber and Mitroff on $5,000 bond.
