Dr. M. David Olson, 71, of Rockford, passed away on May 23, 2010.
David was born Sept. 22, 1938, in Moline, Ill., son of Elmer and Lucille Olson. David married Marcia Palmer on Dec. 14, 1963 at The Salvation Army Rockford Temple. David practiced dentistry from 1967-1970 at 5th and Reed in Red Oak.
Survived by his wife, Marcia; children, Julie Balliet, Tim Olson, Jennifer Olson, Jill Carlson; seven grandchildren; sisters, Ruthann Rogers and Rosemarie Olson.
A celebration of life service was held May 26 at The Salvation Army Rockford Temple with Major Larry Thorson officiating. Cremation will be accorded.
Grace Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
