Colleen Dobbs, 85

Colleen Dobbs, 85, of Emerson, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2011, at the Montgomery County Memorial Hospital.  

Wanda “Colleen” Dobbs was born to Thomas and Esther (Hopkins) McMahon Oct. 11, 1926, in Farragut.  

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Gene Dobbs; son, Vaughn Dobbs; and five siblings.  

Survivors include two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Keith McMahon, of Farragut; and sister, Kathryn Wallingford, of Villisca.

Funeral services took place Saturday, Dec. 3, at the Nelson-Boylan-LeRette Funeral Chapel with Rev. Denise Stevens officiating. Burial was in the Emerson Cemetery.
