Bormann moves on
After successfully serving the Red Oak Chamber and Industry Association as executive director for the past year, Susie Bormann has resigned to look for other wonderful adventures.
“Although my time with the Chamber, and living in this community, has been brief, I have come to deeply appreciate both,” Bormann said.
Larry Brandstetter, ROCIA Board President reflected on Susie’s time leading the organization.
“She has done a tremendous job of transitioning the vital work of the Chamber from economic development and community marketing to serving our members by creating programs based on Business Promotions and new and creative Community Marketing,” said Brandstetter.
During the past year membership in the ROCIA has grown significantly and the number of volunteers engaged in the work has also increased.
Bormann’s last day will be Sept. 30. The search for the new ROCIA will begin immediately.
