Bloom reminds nonprofits of coming application deadline

Dennis D. Bloom, Esq., Chair of the Montgomery County Community Foundation, in partnership with the Red Oak Heritage Foundation, reminds Montgomery County nonprofit organizations of the deadline for spring grant applications Feb. 1.

This year, $95,000 will be made available to Montgomery County nonprofits. Detailed application procedures, fact sheets and a link to the application form can be obtained online at http://omahafoundation.org/swiowa. Applications will only be accepted through this online system.    

Only 501(c)(3) organizations providing charitable services in Montgomery County are eligible. They must be able to demonstrate broad community/county support. Requests for general operational funds will not be considered.
