AIB College of Business rep meetings

Shane Brass, an admissions counselor from AIB College of Business in Des Moines will be available to meet with prospective students at 1 p.m., Thursday, March 1, at Stanton High School and at 2:15 p.m., the same day at Red Oak High School.

Brass will explain AIB’s cost-saving “Degree in 3” program, which allows students to earn both an associate degree and a bachelor’s degree in three years.

He’ll also discuss the school’s academic and athletic scholarship opportunities, military financial assistance for veterans, a tuition freeze program for full-time students and lifetime career assistance.

The college’s growing athletics program in the NAIA currently includes basketball, golf, volleyball and cheerleading, with soccer beginning in 2012 and softball and baseball starting in 2013.
