Montgomery County is gearing up for school board elections in November. The following candidates have filed paperwork with the Montgomery County Auditor’s Office. All Offices are for four -year terms, unless stated differently.

Red Oak School Director at Large, (Vote for two) candidates filed: Mike Carlson, Bryce Johnson, and Jackie DeVries.

Stanton School Director at Large, (Vote for two) candidates filed: Angela Silva, Angie Schenck-Roberts, John McDonald, and Sally Stoakes.

Villisca School Director at Large, (Vote for three) candidates filed: Richard Allen Mullen, Jason Poston, and Tom A. Williams.

SWCC Director District #1 TFV- Portions of Adams, Adair, Clarke, Madison and Union Counties, (Vote for one) candidates filed: Director At Large- 2 year term: Jane Ernst.

SWCC Director District #2- Portions of Montgomery, Adams, Ringgold, Union, Taylor and Page Counties, (Vote for one) candidates filed: Director At Large: Fred Shearer

SWCC Director District #4- Portions of Decatur, Lucas and Ringgold Counties: (Vote for 1) candidates filed, Director At Large: Carol Saxton.

SWCC Director District #7- Portions of Decatur, Page, Taylor and Ringgold Counties, (Vote for one) candidates filed, Director At Large: Vicki Sickels.

SWCC Director District #8- Portions of Union County, (Vote for one) candidates filed, Director At Large: John Cass.
