The rear of her car was struck by a 2003 Buick Century Custom which was also traveling west, causing Woodyard’s vehicle to spin around. The second vehicle then fled the scene but returned at about 1:15 p.m. while officers were still investigating. The driver of the vehicle, Clayton Lecinski, 16, Red Oak, was accompanied by the owner, who was not with the driver at the time of the accident. Damage to the Woodyard vehicle was about $6,000, and damage to the Lecinski vehicle was estimated at $5,000.
